Let your client know what are the terms of service

Sure, there are terms on which you serve your client. Don't forget to put them in the invoice. This starts a healthy relationship.

  1. Login into your Gaurilla account and set the workspace.

  2. Click on Settings >> Terms option from the main navigation bar in the left sidebar.


  3. You can edit the default Inovice Terms and Quote Terms here. When creating invoice, these will be pre-filled and you can then update them there for individual invoice, if required.


    Pro Tip: Invoice terms will be the default terms for proforma invoice as well.

  4. Click on Save to apply the terms.
